Tulip Bulb Storage

This is for tulip bulbs dug up during our Bulb Dig Day

  1. Let tulip foliage and flowers die on the bulb. You can cut off foliage once it’s completely dead.

  2. Clean off soil and let dry completely.

  3. Store tulips in paper bags, nets or open air containers like crates in a cool dark area. Garages work great.

  4. Plant in late Octover or early November. Plant 4-6 inches under ground.

  5. Enjoy blooms in spring around March or April
